Jason Hughes Career Journey

Jason Hughes is the CEO, Chairman, and owner of Hughes Marino LLC, which has significantly grown into the top tenant and buyer Representation Company in its region. It has also opened various branches across the West Coast.  Jason Hughes studied at Pepperdine University, where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in BA. Later on, he joined the University of San Diego and pursued a Master’s in BA, majoring in finance. Jason got his first job in the 1980s at Cushman & Wakefield in Century City, Los Angeles. 

 

Jason Hughes relocated to San Diego and purchased and leased negotiations for corporate, municipal, and non-profit tenants. His transactions in leases and purchases have significantly improved his skills in sizable corporate acquisitions, built-to-suit developments, negotiations, and loan structuring. Jason Hughes firmly believes that the core values are critical factors for Hughes Murino. Some of these values include:
