Crest Resources is a British company focusing on business activity in developing, exploring, and evaluating mineral property assets. Crest has signed a Memorandum of understanding with Jonas Lauren Norr to commence the development of the generative platform. The productive platform will enable the pursuit of shared growth for companies, investors, and users.
The Memorandum of understanding proposes that Crest will issue 4,000,000 standard proceeds to Ethos Real Assets for its inclusive and exclusive role in the acquisition and managing the technical resources and maturing activities, as well as the sourcing of local resources and stakeholders in the provision of solutions the joint venture will jointly create on sites that Crest Resources will clear the way for.
It will target depth technologies that remit impact and generative technologies that deliver returns. This model aims to disrupt the current paradigm of traditional capital sourcing and reshape how value is distributed across the investment landscape. The business model will be structured for Crest to generate revenues from licensing its intellectual property, with a double upside from the underlying technologies and through equity ownership in those companies.
